“Holistic health recognizes that true wellness involves not just the absence of disease, but the balance of a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.”

For the last 2 weeks I have been promoting my 8 week program the “All In Challenge”, and for good reason. The AIC as I like to call it now that I write it all the time is the FIRST truly holistic training program ever created. Never before has someone created a program that addresses a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well being.

This program does just that. It has 56 days of workouts, 42 meditations, 7 weekly breathwork sessions, 4 educational modules, personalized nutrition based on your weight, and recommended supplements based on a health questionnaire you fill out after you first join.

When you combine training🔥nutrition 🌱breathwork💨and meditation🌊

This program is a literal step by step plan designed to build muscle (physical, mental, emotional), reduce fat (physical, mental, emotional), improve mindset (mental and emotional), and prioritize recovery strategies (physical, mental, emotional), helping you establish habits that will not only make you healthier over those a weeks but teach you principles that will echo throughout the rest of your life.

Every other program out there either focuses on one aspect of health or the other, but they are all missing the point, that health is holistic, and to reach a point of true health we must be in balance.

Crossfitters are usually very focused on working out hard but trust me when I say it’s practically impossible to get them to lay there doing nothing but meditation. This overly physical approach to training is great for building muscle and conditioning, but if done too often, or too intensely, which it often is, leads to injury, burnout, or hormone disruption.

My yoga friends are great at flexibility and meditation but are often under muscled and under conditioned cardiovascular system which can lead to a host of health problems as they age.

Bodybuilders look great but often end up broken, injured, and overweight due to their extreme approach to dieting, training, and “supplements” creating imbalances all over the body, leading to a diminished quality of life.

I know all this because I have lived it!

I started lifting weights in my garage at 12, and began my bodybuilding career at 17 but overtime and through education realized that I needed more than just lifting to be truly fit, and I moved into mixed martial arts at 27.

My mixed martial arts phase of life taught me that real fitness requires conditioning because it doesn’t matter how strong you are if you gas out in the second round of a fight. This led me to embrace multiple training sessions, which improved my conditioning, and made me mentally resilient but because I didn’t prioritize rest I began to get injured often and had to switch to Crossfit.

In Crossfit I thought I found the perfect blend of strength, conditioning, and mental resilience I was looking for. It had lifting, it had running, it had competition, and no one was punching you in the face! So as usual I went all in and achieved very high levels of physical fitness, but at this high level of training disrupted my health by overloading my body with stress for training too intensely and eventually I developed an illness called adrenal fatigue.

This is what led me to meditation. My adrenal fatigue which is a form of hormone dysfunction gave me anxiety, insomnia, and depression. I had to quit my job as a firefighter, stop training, and look at my health from a holistic perspective. This is when I learned the importance of holistic health.

Holistic health is a comprehensive approach to healthcare that focuses on the whole person, including their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It recognizes that all of these aspects of health are interconnected and that taking care of one can positively impact the others.

In contrast to the traditional medical model, which often focuses on treating specific symptoms or conditions, holistic health takes a more proactive approach. It seeks to prevent chronic conditions from developing by addressing the root causes of problems, rather than just treating the symptoms. This can lead to better overall health outcomes and a higher quality of life.

There are many benefits to adopting a holistic approach to health. Here are just a few:

Improved physical health: By taking care of your physical well-being through activities such as regular exercise, eating a healthy diet, and getting enough sleep, you can improve your overall physical health and reduce your risk of developing chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes.

Enhanced mental health: Mental health is an important aspect of holistic health. By engaging in activities that promote mental well-being, such as meditation, breathwork, or talking to a therapist, you can improve your mood and reduce stress and anxiety.

Greater emotional well-being: Emotional well-being is about feeling positive and connected to others. Practicing self-care, seeking support from loved ones, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and purpose can all contribute to greater emotional well-being.

Improved spiritual well-being: Spirituality can be a source of meaning and purpose in life. Engaging in activities that nourish your spirituality, such as prayer, meditation, or volunteering, can improve your overall sense of well-being.

There are many ways to prioritize holistic health in your life. Some simple things you can do include:

  • Eating a whole foods diet
  • Intermittent fasting
  • Getting regular exercise
  • Practicing stress management techniques, such as meditation or breathwork
  • Seeking support from friends and loved ones
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Engaging in activities that bring you joy and purpose

That is why I created the “All In Challenge”, to combine my 20+ years of experience into a completely holistic training program and give you the information and implementation strategy you need to achieve higher levels of physical, mental, and emotional well being, improving your quality of life and making you look sexy as hell!

Take the challenge and join the holistic revolution in 2023. It’s time for you to go ALL IN.
